Manchester City's manager Expresses Remorse Over Camera Operator Incident Following Loss to Newcastle
The City boss confessed feeling "shame" following an exchange with a camera operator subsequent to the Citizens' loss at Newcastle on Saturday.
When the match concluded, a visibly upset Guardiola stepped onto the field and engaged in intense talks with match official Sam Barrott and Magpies midfielder Bruno Guimarães, and also touched the broadcast crew's equipment.

On the subject of his talk with the Newcastle player, Guardiola said: "We have known Bruno a long time and every time after the game, home or away, we converse. We often meet and we get along well. I love it. I'm passionate, I like discussing and gesticulate."
He wouldn't mind should a rival coach spoke to his players immediately after a game. "Not if you talk with respect like I always have done, it's fine," he noted, before referencing Barrott. "The referee was involved for 95 minutes, 98 minutes, he was involved. My God, he was involved."
Controversial Decisions
The team felt aggrieved that the officials did not award City a penalty on a Schär tackle against Foden, while they also questioned if Guimarães was offside on Barnes' goal the decisive strike. Pictures published later indicate the Brazilian was onside.
Next Big Match
He will manage of his 100th Champions League game against Bayer Leverkusen this week. "That's impressive, it means that every season annually," he commented.
